Join us for a Ride for Reading Film Festival sponsored by Swiftwick, in partnership with 5Point Adventure Film Festival and Blackstone Brewing Company, featuring Vanderbilt University Alumna and professional Women’s cyclist and Author, Amy Charity!
The evening will include: inspiring stories from our Guest Speaker, Amy Charity, a Vanderbilt Alumna, Speaker, Pro-cyclist who holds a National title in the Team Time Trial and Author of “The Wrong Side of Comfortable”, and will also feature 12 short-adventure films that will feature stories about Paddling, Kayaking, Running, Cycling (Road, BMX, Mountain Biking, Cycle Cross), Rock Climbing, Yoga, Skiing/Snowboarding, Womanhood & even Rodeo, that will challenge you to step out of your comfort zones to discover your untapped potential. Be inspired by these stories to take personal or collective adventures to intentionally live your own best story and help your local community!
VIP guests can arrive beginning at 5:00pm. Event begins at 6:00pm. Ticket Costs: VIP ($50), General Admission ($20) and Youth 7-17 yrs ($10) tickets available. Children 6 & under will be free. We will be starting the evening promptly at 6:00pm so we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance to save time at the door.
**VIP tickets are limited and include a Brewery tour (beginning at 5pm), one complimentary beer (ages 21+) with Ride for Reading branded pint glass and light snacks, meet & greet with Amy Charity, a pair of Swiftwick socks and a raffle ticket.

*Please bring your own comfy lawnchairs. Event is rain or shine. Parking is limited – we encourage carpooling, riding your bike or using UBER/Lyft to the event. Food/Beverages will be available for purchase. This was intended to be a dog-friendly event, however if we have to move inside we will not be able to accommodate all the fur-friends! We apologize for the inconvenience.
